Newnham Drive

Overview

Newnham Drive is a bespoke production and warehouse facility built to allow Xanadox Technologies to expand their business.

MWK were commissioned as the architects for the new build at Sulby Close, Daventry. MWK managed the process for the Client from design to completion, giving them one point of contact and guiding them through a demanding process.

Enhancing Sustainability

MWK Architects enhanced the sustainability of the building by improving the thermal performance of this type of building, reducing the overall electricity demand when compared with Xanadox’s existing building, installing photovoltaic cells and designing a sustainable drainage system for storm water.
