Collins Close

Collins Close is a small-scale development of 12 homes built on a beautiful site on the edge of Napton in Warwickshire.  Previously an old nursery business on the edge of the village, the site was already ringed by mature trees and hedgerow, so the new houses were soon integrated into the village landscape.  The sloping nature of the site also gave panoramic views across the open countryside, so it made a perfect setting for these homes.  

Built by local company Noralle Country Homes, it was there largest development to date, but being based in Napton it did not present any logistical problems for them.  MWK Architects designed 12 houses for the site that were a mixture of family homes, starter homes and bungalows catering for a good cross section of house buyers.  Uniquely Noralle offered their customers a small amount of customisation of the initial designs which we incorporated into our drawings, which added to the customer experience.
