Yarwell

Situated on the edge the River Nene, Yarwell is a Village in the east of Northamptonshire. Morton Wykes Kramer were asked by Northamptonshire Rural Housing Association to design nine affordable homes to meet local housing requirements. The housing mixture comprises: 5 x 2 bed houses, 2 x 3 bed houses and 2 x 2 bed bungalows. The development offers five new homes for affordable rent and four for shared ownership. The properties were all offered to people with family or work connections to the village, which is a perfect illustration of how affordable developments can unite communities.
