Case Study by MWK Architects

Collyweston

The site is located off The Drove in the village of Collyweston, Northamptonshire. It was a priority that the new landscape sat comfortably within its rural surroundings to create a pleasant space for its occupants. Morton Wykes Kramer designed 6 homes for local people, comprising of 3 x 2 bed bungalows and 3 x 2 bed houses. To maintain the village aesthetic, the materials used were predominantly buff/brown bricks to harmonise with the local brick.
