Case Study by MWK Architects

Great Doddington

This project provided 10 affordable homes in Great Doddington, prioritised for people with a connection to the village, all for affordable rent. The development consists of 8 x 2 bedroom houses, 1 x 3 bedroom house and 1 x 2 bedroom bungalow. The development was built on a rural exception site, land that usually wouldn’t secure planning permission for housing. Planning laws allow affordable houses to be built to address local housing needs.
