These three, single storey offices provided our clients with an extremely flexible solution.   Built for a long-established local property company, the layout allows the building to be let as one unit or individually as three separate units of 235sqm or 2550sqft area.  This gives the clients great flexibility when letting and equally this style of unit is very attractive to tenants.  The style of unit appeals to start up companies as its small enough for that initial let and gives then the option to stay on the site if they wish to expand without the need for a costly and disruptive relocation.  

Its this flexibility and future proofing that we consider to be important for clients which we incorporate in our designs.
