Case Study by MWK Architects

Lower Brailes

Located in the Cotswolds, this development of eight houses at Millers Way is in the scenic village of Lower Brailes. The eight dwellings have provided much-needed affordable homes for the local community which were built under Stratford-on- Avon District Council’s ‘Local Choice Initiative’, with the purpose of providing homes for villagers and those with strong connections to the Brailes. The development was built to The Lifetime Homes Standard so that they are adept at meeting the changing needs of their residents. The housing scheme also boasts energy-saving features harmonious with our sustainability values.
