Our regeneration residential project: Piano Works, is well underway! Dominic and Julia have been visiting the Piano Works’ site regularly to monitor progress and resolve technical queries. Between January and March all plots had emerged from the ground, and the timber frame of the two bedroom terraced house to the rear of the site was almost complete.
By mid-March all of our 3 bedroom houses were markedly above ground level…
By mid-May the four two-bedroom terraced houses were almost complete externally, and at second fix internally. The shell of the three bedroom houses was complete and at first fix internally; and our maisonettes were mid-way through the timber frame installation…
Last month we’ve seen incredible progress on site, and fantastic site organisation and management by Geda Construction. What a marvellous team to work with.
